The candidate should have 5 years of experience in the Hospital & healthcare industry and also possess a deep understanding of the workings of various hospital departments. Should be proactive to provide comprehensive application support, training, troubleshooting, and functional support for our HMIS.

Oversee the daily operations of the hospital’s IT department including managing the FMS staff.

Provide application support, training, troubleshooting, and functional support for the HMIS.

Collaborate with various hospital departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.

Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of IT services.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

In-depth knowledge of the workings of various hospital departments.

Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including writing queries, procedures, and triggers.

Proficiency in programming and development (ASP, MVC, Angular) is a significant advantage.

Basic knowledge of network and infrastructure management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with about 2 - 3 years of experience working in a Hospital.
